What game types are available? #

You can create wheel, slot, gift and card dance campaigns. Start from a theme and customize the design, rewards and display settings.

Why are my edits not visible on the store? #

Saving a draft does not update the live game. Open the game, select Review & publish, review your changes and publish the intended version.

Why does the popup not appear? #

Check that the game is published and enabled as a popup. Confirm that the HKT Spin Wheel app embed is enabled in your published Shopify theme and that the theme was saved. Review the campaign’s page, device and visitor rules, trigger delay, display limits and any plan usage message in the app. A visitor who already closed or played the game may be affected by frequency rules. Try a fresh browser session when testing.

How can a visitor reopen a game? #

The game teaser opens the popup again. Customize its text and appearance in the game editor and check its placement on desktop and mobile.

Does a prize name create a discount? #

No. A prize label controls what visitors see. You still need valid coupon settings. Review the Shopify discount code or automatic coupon setup, eligibility, expiry and usage restrictions, and test the winning flow before promoting a campaign.

Why are subscribers not reaching my email platform? #

First connect the platform under Integrations. Select the correct destination list where required. Then enable that integration for the campaign under Data collection. Check credentials and sync status if a contact does not arrive.

Can I use Shopify Flow? #

HKT Spin Wheel provides a Visitor won a coupon trigger. Open the Shopify Flow integration in the app to set up a workflow for your store.

What does HKT Apps AI do? #

It helps with campaign questions, copy and proposed settings changes. Review the proposed changes before applying them and use the publishing flow when you are ready to update the live campaign.

How do I stop showing a game? #

Disable the popup for that campaign in the app. If the campaign also has a direct link, review that setting separately. Confirm the result on your storefront.

How do I get support? #

Email support@hktapps.com with your shop domain, campaign name and a description of the issue. Do not include passwords or API keys.
